Be sure to read the list of Rules and
Regulations that govern exhibits entered in all classes.
- All Exhibitors must pay a $5.00 membership fee when they register or when they bring their exhibits to the fair.
- -Those exhibitors who had at least $5.00 in winnings at last years fair have already paid their membership for this year.
Please send entry forms for all
exhibits to the Secretary as early as possible.

Kindly observe that Hall Exhibits must
be brought to the fairgrounds between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM on the day prior to
The doors will close at 10 PM sharp.
All livestock and poultry must be on
the grounds by 9:30 a.m. Saturday. Light horses must be ready for judging at
10:00 a.m. sharp.
Exhibits may not be removed from the halls until Saturday, September 16 at 4:30pm.
